THE DEACON MINISTRY
AT
FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH, BERKLEY
Because we at First Baptist Church, Berkley care for
you and your family, the Pastor, and the Deacon Ministry of the Church
ARE COMMITTED TO THE WORK OF THE LORD. We want to make certain that
every member and family in our congregation experience the love and
support of the whole church. We want to be known throughout our
community as a loving and caring church; therefore we have an
established ministry that will help us with our mission.
The Deacon Ministry at First Baptist Church, Berkley is committed to
serving God. The deacons join Pastor in ministering to the physical,
spiritual and emotional needs of each member and family. The membership
is divided into Wards consisting of approximately 50-60 members. Our
prayer is that each deacon connect with each member and assist in
ministering to his or her needs.
We are endeavoring to ensure that every member experience the fellowship
of a small church environment as we begin to grow and expand and that no
individual has his or her needs unmet. If you need the assistance of a
